Open Call for Application for Regional Pool of Evaluators

Background:
The Centar za promociju civilnog društva (CPCD), in partnership with Center for Research and Policy Making (CRPM) from North Macedonia, and Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM) from Albania, is implementing a project called SMART Balkans – Civil Society for shared society in the Western Balkans, which contributes to strengthening democracies and Euro-Atlantic integration in the Western Balkans network. The project aims to create a solid foundation for sustainable development in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia. Some of the topics of this project are the fight against organized crime, prevention of radicalization (including violent extremism), reconciliation through intercultural dialogue, reforms in Euro-Atlantic integration, human rights and gender equality (including domestic violence), support for freedom of speech and independent media. The project is funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway, with a grant worth over 17 million EUR.
The Consortium of the SMART Balkans Project announces a public Call for Applications for Regional Pool of Evaluators.

How to Apply:
The application for Regional Pool of Evaluators should be submitted by email [email protected] and it should contain the following documents:
- Application Form (Annex 2)
- CV
- Statement of Honor (Annex 3)
- Other documents that verify domain of expertise and specify applicants’ qualifications
Applications should be sent with an indication in the SUBJECT e-mail: The Application, NO 001 06/2022 (name of the applicant). The body of the e-mail states the names of all submitted documents, and the documents are named as listed in this section. All documents containing signatures should be submitted in PDF format.
The maximum email size may be 10 MB. In case the attached documents are larger than 10 MB, arrange the documents in several emails, with the following in the field SUBJECT: in the first e-mail enter The Application, NO 001 06/2022 (name of the applicant) x / #, instead of the mark “x” you enter the serial number of the e-mail, and instead of the mark “#” you enter the total number of e-mails you will send. In the body of the e-mail, provide a numbered list of all attached documents in that e-mail
This call will remain open by the end of 2022. First selection will be made on July 15, 2022.
By submitting their application, all applicants agree that their applications will be stored for next 36 months and that they may be contacted by the Consortium partners if needed.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
